The FSOps is the software dedicated for the Field Service Technicians that are online on-site and fixing units.
The main duty of FSOps is the gather timestamps whenever an operation is done and the user switches ON the specific work. Later on, reports will be generated that will calculate MTTR, MTBF and MCMT
A new option is added to FSOps that will allow you to create new Phone claim and assign it to the team in the office with machine status and problem. Once a technician has been assigned to a claim, he will receive a notification stating his claim number and project serial number.
